The Pharmacy Association of Newfoundland and Labrador has recognized a number of professionals and their teams with the annual Pharmacist of the Year awards.
Community Pharmacist of the Year is Jamie Kelley of Campbell PharmaChoice in St. John’s, while the Hospital Pharmacist of the Year goes to Angela Harris of the Waterford Hospital pharmacy.
The Pharmacy Team of the Year award when to Twillingate Pharmacy—Gary Batt, Brenda Lambert, Anne Marie Vatcher and Colleen Ings.

The Meritorious Service Award goes to Dr. Janice Audeau of Family PharmaChoice in Corner Brook.

Meanwhile Keith Bailey of Shoppers Drug Mart in St. John’s is being recognized with The Bowl of Hygeia Award, while the Ralph J. Harris Future of Pharmacy Award goes to Melanie King.
Rick Elliot of the Elliot Group was named as the recipient of the Honorary Life Member Award.
