A man in Corner Brook spent the night in jail after a disturbance at a residence in the area of Reid Street.
The 27-year-old has been charged with assault with a weapon, uttering threats, mischief and breach of probation in relation to the incident, which happened at about 10:30 Sunday morning.
He will appear in court today.
