Tomorrow is a busy day downtown St. John’s with Tax Free Day as we get into our Christmas shopping five weeks out from the big day.
Traffic flow in the east end of downtown has been disrupted for quite some time with the redevelopment of the National War Memorial but area MHA John Abbott says Duckworth Street will be open tomorrow to allow traffic to flow freely.
Abbott says the same situation will occur two Sundays from now for the Santa Claus Parade.
