Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man missing from St. John’s.
Twenty-eight-year-old Jesse Butt-Carter was last seen on October 13 in the capital city’s west end.
He’s described as five feet, eight inches tall, with a slim build and blue eyes.
Anyone with information into Butt-Carter’s whereabouts is asked to contact the RNC or Crime Stoppers.
