Transport Truck Driver Faces Methamphetamine Trafficking Charges After Pasadena Traffic Stop

A transport truck driver is facing drug trafficking charges after being pulled over by RCMP near Pasadena.

Yesterday, police pulled the truck over on the Trans-Canada Highway shortly after noon and found 60 grams of methamphetamine, $1000 cash and other evidence consistent with drug trafficking.

As a result of the investigation, 46-year-old Stephen Higdon was arrested and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking. He was released to appear in court on January 24.

The investigation continues.
